Who We Are

Alakananda Philantropic Trust (APT), though registered in 2006 has a long history stretching more than three decades. The Trust (before registration) had a humble beginning, started its journey of coaching AMIE students way back in 1998 in a rented campus in Bhubaneswar. With a lot of hardship and strong determination of the promoters, the trust has come along way and its institutions are house hold names in the state of Odisha today. We work in the key areas of Education, Skill Development for long term and sustainable impact. Our core strength is in delivering large scale projects in Education & Skills. We are focused on nurturing the human capital by building India's Education, Employability & Employment.

What We Do

IT/ITES

The trust runs a 100 seat call centre and a 300 seat Online examination centre in Bhubaneswar

Skill Up-Gradation Training Programme Under State Employment ( Under the Syllabus of SCTE & VT, Govt. of Odisha)

The APT trust offers various programmes in different campuses at Bhubaneswar and Chandikhole. Each of the programmes are offered under different college names and the details

Key Functionaries

The Trustees are technocrats who actively involve themselves in shaping all the activities of the trust. All the trustees have more than 2 decades of experience in managing organizations in various fields such as Education, Skill development, IT/ITES services, Social activities, commissioning large scale electrical projects particularly in government sector.

Journey So far

1997 - Started an ITI centre in Bhubaneswar
2005 - Setup an ITI Cenre in Chandikhole
2008 - Started a Diploma Engineering school in Bhubaneswar
2009 - Started a 10+2 Science college at Bhubaneswar
2015 - Started a 10+2 Science college at Chandikhole
2018 - Started + 3 Science college both at Bhubaneswar
2020- Started MBA Programme in Ganesh Institute of Management Studies, Bhubaneswar
2021- Proposed to start B.Pharma and D.Pharma College at Chandikhole.
2021-Proposed to start BSC (Nursing) and MSC (Nursing) College at Chandikhole.
